| On Wednesday, November 2, nearly half the PBS affiliates in California will air "Global Warming: the Signs and the Science," a new documentary underwritten by Toyota. While the documentary exposes the "grave consequences of a changing climate," Toyota itself remains part of a lawsuit against California's law to reduce global warming pollution from vehicles. If Toyota and its allies win in court, they will block this groundbreaking law in our state and nine others--nearly a third of the US car market. Please write to Toyota’s North American CEO, Jim Press, and tell him that documentaries on global warming are nothing more than greenwashing if Toyota remains part of this anti-environmental, anti-consumer lawsuit.
